Relaxing Tabletop Fountains

I like this Kenroy Home Retreat Fountain because it brings together three of the elements that I like: stone, fire and water. Since I'm going for the relaxing quality of the fountain, this provides both relaxing sounds and sights. The 53236SL home retreat fountain is a little larger than some tabletop fountains, at about 16 inches tall and 11 inches wide, but still works well as a tabletop fountain. This model usually comes complete with 2 votive candles and some polished river stones.

The home stacks tabletop fountain is elegant in appearance with its black finish and clean lines, and it allows for candles as well as water in its design. If you'd rather incorporate other materials than candles into your fountain, the flat surface where the candle sits lends itself well to small plants, stones or other decorative elements to fit your style and interests.

I always like fountains that have multiple tiers for the water to flow onto, and this one has four different different tiers. I think its definitely one to check out if you like simple lines in a modern style with the ability to accent it in any way that you choose.

Tabletop submersible  fountain pumps usually last a long time, but if there is a reason that you need to replace yours, there are normally tabletop fountain pumps available on Ebay or Amazon.  You should take a look at the old fountain pump and try to replace it as closely as possible for best results.  You will look at such factors as GPH (gallons per hour) maximum height (which will not be that high for a normal tabletop fountain). A good rule of thumb is to measure the tubing that connects to your pump and then approximately double that number to get the amount of the lift that you need for your pump.  Be sure to read about the prospective new pump for instructions.
